Con Edison is trying to figure out what caused several manholes to explode on Manhattan's Upper East Side Tuesday evening. While figuring out a cause of a manhole fire can take time, the utility company has a high-tech tool in its arsenal to detect and stop explosions before they happen. Andrew Siff reports.
