A person was hit by a train at the 42nd Street-Port Authority subway station Friday evening, and the emergency response is causing delays on the A, C and E trains, the MTA says.
Northbound C trains are running express from Canal Street to 59th Street-Columbus Circle as firefighters and other emergency responders attend to the scene.
Authorities have closed off the platform at the subway station, which is connected to the Times Square subway hub.
The condition of the struck person wasn't immediately clear.
