Jack Frost is coming back and bringing a wintry mix with him ahead of another blast of Arctic air.
Expect a cold Monday with high temps of only mid to upper 30s, Storm Team 4 says.
Then another cold front moves through the region on Tuesday, bringing snow and rain, meteorologists said.
Areas far north and west of the city, including the Catskills, will see mostly snow and could get a few inches, possibly 3 to 5.
In the Hudson River Valley, there will likely be a mix of snow and rain.
New York City should see anything from a coating to one inch of snow before it turns into rain.
Other places will get only rain, such as the Jersey Shore and Long Island.
Then another blast of Arctic air will move in on Wednesday, with high temps reaching only in the 20s, with increasing winds.
