A vigil was held for the Brooklyn cyclist killed when she swerved out of the way of a door opening and into the path of a tractor trailer. Organizers are calling for something to be done to protect bikers after 18 have been killed so far in 2019, an 80% increase from all of last year. NBC 4 New York's Andrew Siff reports.
