Cuomo Forms Panel to Draft Legal Weed Bill

A group consisting of New York state government and law enforcement officials, advocates and academics has been appointed to draft legislation for regulating recreational marijuana, Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday. Melissa Russo reports.
