Restaurants at Grand Central say fewer and fewer riders are eating there, and believe the growing homeless population that resides there is part of the problem. The MTA says the problem is affecting rail service as well, and the group hired to address the problem is wildly underperforming. NBC 4 New York's Gus Rosendale reports.
