With just feet to spare, a signal maintainer was able to get a train pulling into Newkirk Plaza in Brooklyn to hit the emergency brake in time so a woman on the tracks was not hit. After the ordeal, the woman simply asked the train operator, "Why?" NBC 4 New York's Marc Santia reports.
