One person is dead following a horrific crash on Long Island, law enforcement sources say.
A van lost control and slammed head on into an MTA NICE bus on Fulton Street in Farmingdale Wednesday night around 9:30, police said.
The driver of the van died at the scene, according to authorities.
Nobody on the bus was injured.
It was not immediately clear what caused the driver of the van to lose control.
Police say they are still investigating the crash.
